Mr. Hatterly's Butler was sent to find A-class Pokémon Sommelier Cilan as his employer Mr. Hatterly, a notable man in Nearby Town, was seeking excellent Pokémon Sommeliers and he wanted Cilan to come for a visit. He took Cilan and his friends to Mr. Hatterly mansion and then introduced them to Mr. Hatterly. When Burgundy attempted to show up at the mansion, he made sure he wouldn't let her in as she was a C-class Pokémon Sommelier. He also officiated as the referee of Cilan and Ricard Nouveau Pokémon battle.
