Biography

Volkner's Fan Rotom battled during the Pokémon World Tournament Hyper Class match against Ash Ketchum. It was set out to battle Ash's Gengar in place of Volkner's Luxray who was being taunted and didn't match up well against it. Rotom on the other hand was quickly able to defeat Ash's Gengar with a combo of quick speed, Thunder Wave and Hex. It later faced Ash's Lucario where it was defeated.
