Biography

Paul's Metagross was the third Pokémon sent out to battle and faced off against Ash's Gengar during the Training Battle at Oak's Laboratory. It was meant to emulate Steven Stone's Metagross in preparation for Ash Ketchum's entry into the Masters Tournament. It was defeated Ash's Gengar as it had learned the Fire-type move Will-O-Wisp earlier which was Super Effective against it.
