Biography
This Pikachu, referred to as Captain Pikachu, is Friede's trusty partner. It's Ability is Lightning Rod. It is a member of the Rising Volt Tacklers and the organization's name comes from Captain Pikachu's desire to have the sky be its limit when "rising" with Volt Tackle.
