The password is: 6699-8898
Vicitini has the following stats (quote from Serebii.net)

"This Victini has Strength of around 440 and no special ability. It has the move V-Create which allows it to do decent damage in your playthrough, but lowering the Victini's Defenses."

The password only works with the US version, apparently.

The code is: VICTINI2011.
It looks like the same skin which was distributed in Japan a few months ago.

The password only works in the US and Australia apparently (though I can't really check since I don't live in either country). At least, for now, as other territories should follow really soon.

A website has been set up for Pokemon Gray at pokemongray.com. The site has been registered by Melbourne IT Digital Brand Services.

Melbourne IT DBS also set up pokemonblackwhite.com, which is Nintendo of America's official site for the most recent Pokemon games.

Each new Pokemon game launches with two separate versions, such as Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, and is then followed with a third version, such as Pokemon Platinum. Considering Pokemon Black and White are the most recent Pokemon games, Pokemon Gray is a logical title for the third version.

We've reached out to Pokemon Company for comment and will update this story with any information we receive.

Not news, just bad journalism. Registering websites to protect trademarks is nothing new, and "Pokemon Gray" was registered a year ago. "Pokemon Aqua Blue" was trademarked way back, too, and ultimately didnt mean anything.

Also, pokemonbrown.com is registered by the exact same Melbourne IT Digital Brand Services, while pokemonopal.com redirects to nintendo.com.

So yeah.

This is just Nintendo doing trademark protection and domain protection in the off case that down the road they end up using it. Most the sites like IGN ect, are just reporting this to get website hits. As Adamant said, there is nothing new about this and is basically 'bad journalism' for the sake of getting website traffic. Thanks for posting the info but rather not post it as main news here for those reasons.

The password for the UK was revealed on the official website of The Official Nintendo Magazine.

Would you like to get a special Mamoswine with the Thick Fat Ability? ONM have teamed up with the Pokémon Company to bring you this special Pokémon that's available from the Pokemon Global Link website with an exclusive password.

Mamoswine is an ice/ground type which means that fire moves are super effective against him. However, this special Thick Fat ability halves the damage taken by fire-type attacks, making Mamoswine a lot tougher to beat.

If you want this Mamoswine with the Thick Fat ability, you'll need to log into the Pokémon Global Link site and enter the password

MAMNintendoOfficial

to add it to your collection.

Mamoswine with the Thick Fat ability is available until 19 January.

If you've not yet signed up to the Pokémon Global Link, you should head over to pokemon-gl.com now. Then you need to play Pokémon Black or White until you reach Striaton City and get your C-Gear.

Then open the C-Gear and tap ONLINE, then GAME SYNC, then note the Game Sync ID. Enter the ID on the Global Link site and you'll be there.

Introduction of Championship Points, an Expanded Regional Championships Schedule, and Combined Pokémon TCG and Video Game Tournaments Highlight New Season.

BELLEVUE, WA - October 6, 2011 - Across the United States and Canada, veteran competitors and new players of the Pokémon™ Trading Card Game (TCG) and video game should get ready for new, exciting changes being implemented for the 2011-2012 Play! Pokémon tournament season! The Pokémon Company International is rolling out new features that will add more excitement and opportunities to play and win throughout the year.

Starting this season, Championship Points will be awarded at all Pokémon Championship Series events. Now, competing in multiple events throughout the season will give players even more chances to attend the Pokémon World Championships! Pokémon TCG players can begin earning Championship Points right now by attending Battle Road Autumn events, and video game players can begin earning Championship Points starting with Regional Championship events.

To help players increase their chances of earning Championship Points, The Pokémon Company International is splitting its Regional Championships schedule in North America in two, with seven tournaments taking place in mid-November 2011 and eight in mid-April 2012. Now players can attend a maximum of two Regional Championship events out of thirteen being held in the United States and two in Canada.

To make the expanded Regional Championships a more complete Pokémon experience, Pokémon TCG and video game Regional Championship tournaments will now be held during the same weekend and at the same location. Players competing in the TCG tournament will battle on Saturdays, with finals taking place on Sundays, while video game players will compete on Sundays. Players of all skill levels are encouraged to come and compete. And, if TCG players don’t advance to the TCG finals on Sunday, they are welcome to compete in the video game tournament that same day.

The first Autumn Regional Championships kick off on Saturday and Sunday, November 12th-13th, with seven event locations, including Long Beach, California; Lake Buena Vista, Florida; Fort Wayne, Indiana; Crestwood, Missouri; Salem, Oregon; Providence, Rhode Island; and Doswell, Virginia. Players wishing to find out more information should visit www.pokemon.com, as details on the April 2012 event dates and locations will be added to the website’s Play! Pokémon section.

"The 2011-2012 Play! Pokémon season has all the makings of becoming the biggest, most competitive Pokémon tournament season to date," said J.C. Smith, director of Consumer Marketing for The Pokémon Company International. "With the new point system and tournament structure, we will give more Pokémon players the opportunity to have fun and compete at our events."

The fun doesn’t stop there, though. The Pokémon Company International is holding its first-ever online video game tournament, the Pokémon Autumn Friendly, October 20th-23rd, 2011. Using Pokémon from the Unova region, players from all over the world will compete for the right to be crowned the Pokémon Autumn Friendly Champion. The action will take place on the Pokémon Global Link’s Global Battle Union site and, though not an official Play! Pokémon tournament season event, players will be the first to battle in a Pokémon-sanctioned Global Battle Union tournament.

Registration for the Pokémon Autumn Friendly will take place October 12th-19th at www.pokemon.com/pgl. Those wishing to compete will need a copy of the Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version game and a Nintendo 3DS™ or a system from the Nintendo DS™ family. They must also have a Pokémon Trainer Club account, which is free and simple to open at www.pokemon.com.

Registration for the Global Battle Union Autumn Friendly Tournament begins October 12th.

Looking for a way to tune up your battling skills? Try a Wi-Fi Battle Competition! The 2011 Autumn Friendly Tournament is an easy way to play against other Trainers around the world. This competition is part of the Global Battle Union, one of the awesome features of the Pokémon Global Link. The tournament is completely free, so don’t miss your chance to show off your Trainer talent!

During the tournament, you’ll play against other Trainers online, using your Nintendo DS system and your Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version game. The better you do, the higher you’ll rank. Then, at the end of the tournament, all the results will be posted to the leaderboards on the Global Battle Union website!

Here are some things you should know when preparing for the 2011 Autumn Friendly Tournament: All battles are Double Battles, meaning two Pokémon from each Trainer’s party will be battling at the same time. You need at least four Pokémon in your Battle Box before each battle, and you can have up to six. All of the Pokémon must be from the Unova Pokédex. Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem cannot be used. When you battle, any Pokémon at Level 51 or higher will automatically become Level 50 for the duration of the battle. Pokémon at Level 49 or lower will not change level.

Registration for the 2011 Autumn Friendly Tournament will be October 12th to 19th via the Global Battle Union. Battles begin October 20th and run through the 24th. Be sure to register early—only the first 10,000 people will be given a place in tournament! To register, you need a Pokémon Trainer Club account and the ability to log in to the Pokémon Global Link. To battle, you need to have access to a wireless Internet connection.

Good luck and have fun in the Global Battle Union 2011 Autumn Friendly Tournament!
