The official Japanese Pokémon website has announce that players of the Japanese versions of Pokémon Black and White (ポケットモンスター ブラック・ホワイト) will be able to download 3 new C-Gear skins to celebrate the Pokémon Global Link Japan Cup 2012. The three C-Gear skins are: Cobalon, Terrakion and Virizion. No password is required to unlock these C-Gear skins and they will be available from April 25th, 2012 until May 31st, 2012.
