The Carnival of Friends event takes place in Pokémon GO from Monday, March 3rd, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. to Friday, March 7th, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time for all Trainers in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Party at Carnival of Friends Event

Did you know that Carnival is the biggest street party in the world, and one of the most important traditions for Brazilians? They have entire cities filled with people dancing, with lots of music and joy. This is the celebration of freedom, friendship, and fun, with everyone dressed up and celebrating together!

And this year, the Carnival celebration in Pokémon GO will be happening all across Latin America. Get ready to gather your friends, encounter Pokémon related to Brazilian dance and traditions, and enjoy special bonuses!

From Monday, March 3rd, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. to Friday, March 7th, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time for all Trainers in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Event Bonuses

• Incense (except Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for two hours.
• 2× XP for Catching Pokémon.
• 2× XP and Stardust for opening Gifts.
