Pokémon GO has announced a Taiwan exclusive event from May 5th, 2025 to May 11, 2025 at 23:59. 3 regions will faceoff against each other to accumulate points for their region and get special rewards.

A Taiwan-exclusive event is here! Come and show your training results to trainers all over Taiwan! Which trainer in Taiwan can throw the most "Nice!" throws? Work together with trainers in the same region to throw a Nice throws, and push your region to the top! In this event, trainers can accumulate points for their area by throwing a Nice or better to unlock special rewards! Hurry up and invite your friends and family to help your area!

Regional Challenge: Taiwan time - May 5th, 2025 to May 11, 2025 at 23:59
Regional Ranking Rewards: Taiwan time - May 17th, 2025 to May 18th, 2025 at 23:59

Region 3: Chiayi County, Chiayi City, Tainan City, Kaohsiung City, Pingtung County (including Xiaoliuqiu), Penghu County, Kinmen County, Lienchiang County

Event Content

During the Regional Challenge event, when a trainer throws a Nice throw or better, it will be added to the total for your region. After completing the challenge goal, the special bonus content will be unlocked for the remaining time left in the event. But the challenge is not over. The more Nice throws, the more you can accumulate for the region. During the Regional Ranking Reward time, you can get the corresponding reward content!

• During the event, Trainers can check the accumulated points of each region on the Pokémon GO Taiwanese Facebook page. The regional rankings of the Top Throwing Challenge event will be updated on every day at 13:00 Taiwan time starting from May 6th, 2025.
• At the end of the regional challenge event, the winner of this event will be determined based on the total number of Nice Throws (or above) in each region.

Activity Reward Bonus Content

From 00:00 on May 5th, 2025 to 23:59 on May 1th8, 2025 Taiwan time, the effect of using a Lure Module will be extended by 1 hour.

Regional Challenge Bonus

Special bonuses for the Regional Challenge will be unlocked after completing the challenge. Once you reach your goal, you will get double XP for catching Pokémon during the remaining time of the event.

Regional Ranking Bonus

The rewards will be determined by the total number of Nice Throws (or above) made by Trainers in each region. Team up with Trainers from the same region to get better rewards!

• Region with the highest total: Trainers in that region will get 3x Stardust when they successfully catch a Pokémon.
• Region with the second highest total: Trainers in that region will get 3x Stardust when they successfully catch a Pokémon.
• Region with the third highest total: Trainers in that region will receive 1.5x Stardust when they successfully catch a Pokémon.

Timed Research

A Timed Research will be available during the event! Complete the Timed Research tasks to receive Stardust, Poké Balls, Lure Modules, and the chance to meet Scorbunny, Passimian and Croagunk wearing a Cap backwards.

Trainers must complete the Timed Research and receive their rewards before May 24th, 2025 at 23:59 (Taiwan time).

活動內容

在「區域大挑戰」活動期間內，當訓練家丟出Nice Throw或更好的結果時，就會為你所在的區域累積總數，完成挑戰目標之後，特殊獎勵加碼內容會於剩餘的活動時間解鎖。但挑戰尚未結束，丟出的「好球」越多，就能為區域累積越多總數，在「區域排名獎勵」時間，即可獲得對應的獎勵內容！

• 活動期間內，訓練家可至《Pokémon GO》中文臉書專頁 確認各區域前一日的累積分數。「巔峰丟球王」活動區域排行榜將於台灣時間2025年5月6日起，每日13:00準時更新。
• 在區域大挑戰活動結束時，將依各區域Nice Throw (或以上) 的總數，決定本次活動的贏家。

活動獎勵加碼內容

台灣時間2025年5月5日00:00 ～ 2025年5月18日23:59，使用誘餌模組，效果將延長為1小時。

「區域大挑戰」加碼獎勵內容

「區域大挑戰」的特殊獎勵加碼內容，將於完成挑戰之後，於剩餘的活動時間解鎖。只要達成目標，活動剩餘時間內捕捉寶可夢時，獲得的XP將會加倍。

「區域排名獎勵」加碼獎勵內容

獎勵內容將依各區域訓練家們投出Nice Throw (或以上) 的總數決定排行。和來自同一區域的訓練家合作，爭取更好的獎勵內容吧！

• 總數最高的區域：該區域的訓練家成功捕捉寶可夢時的星星沙子增加為3倍。
• 總數次高的區域：該區域的訓練家成功捕捉寶可夢時的星星沙子增加為2倍。
• 總數排行第三的區域：該區域的訓練家成功捕捉寶可夢時的星星沙子增加為1.5倍。

免費的限時調查將於活動期間登場！
完成限時調查課題，來獲得星星沙子、精靈球、誘餌模組，以及和「炎兔兒」、「投擲猴」、「帽子反戴的不良蛙」相遇的機會吧。

請注意限時調查有時限。訓練家必須在台灣時間2025年5月24日23:59前完成限時調查相關課題並領取獎勵。
