Biography
Tepen's Foongus was placed in Roy's backpack as a swap so that Tepen could steal the ancient monster ball. It jumped out of the bag a little while later and got away. It showed up during the battle against the Rising Volt Tacklers and used a vial of Super Sleeping Powder that put it to sleep along with Liko's Sprigatito, Roy's Fuecoco and Roy's Wattrel.
