Biography
While in the Paldea Region, Roy had made a sandwich for Fuecoco which got stolen by Wattrel. They chased after it and noticed it couldn't fly away. It was afraid of flying but after some training with Roy, it started to overcome that fear and flew up to its friends on the tower. Roy began to leave and Wattrel came after him and it was caught in a gust of wind. He threw a Poké Ball at it to rescue and capture it.
Roy's Kilowattrel is the evolved form of Roy's Wattrel. It evolved while rescuing Roy who had fallen off of a cliff.
