On July 21st, 2023, the official Japanese anime Twitter account posted the official reveal of the voice actor for Nanjamo.

Comments from Kaede Hondo, who plays Nanjamo:
"I was jumping with joy when I first learned I was going to play Nanjamo!", Hondo said with delight. "I've been playing the video games ever since Pocket Monsters Leaf Green, and I love the franchise so much I used to dream of turning into a Rayquaza when I was a kid. It makes me so happy to be able to be a part of the Pokémon world!"

"Nanjamo is a Gym Leader who's also a wonderful entertainer that makes sure everyone has a good time. I took great care to get across both her constant alertness and her professionalism while playing her. Look forward to seeing how she'll get involved with Liko and the others!", she told the fans.

On July 28th, 2023, the official Japanese AniPoke Twitter account, official Japanese Pokémon Twitter account and even the Project Eevee Twitter account reminded that this episode was available to watch on the official Japanese YouTube channel. The video was region locked to Japan only. It was available from July 28th, 2023 to August 4th, 2023. This episode was specifically labeled as a missed-program webcast (見逃し配信).

The episode was also available on the TV Tokyo YouTube channel and the Official Corocoro Channel and were labeled as limited-time delivery (期間限定配信). The TV Tokyo version included the series trailer at the end of the episode where as the Corocoro version had beginning and ending bumpers promoting Corocoro.

Nanjamo is now in Anipoke!
Episode 15, which was a big success, is now available for viewing.
It will be available for a week from today.

Anipoke is just around the corner! Electroweb your eyeballs! Finally, Nanjamo is making their first appearance in animation!


Broadcasting every week from 6:55 pm! The anime "Pocket Monsters" will start airing soon! In this article, we'll introduce you to the Pokémon and characters that will appear in today's episode, as well as comments from the voice actors and director, and other information you won't find anywhere else!

In the last episode, Liko's pendant was stolen by the mysterious Spinel. In addition, Liko's memory is manipulated by Spinel's Ohbem and she can't even remember why she is in the Paldea region!

▲ Nyahoja also has its memories manipulated, and its become the same as it was when it first met Liko.

The members of the Rising Volt Tacklers are worried about Liko, who had gone shopping and had not returned. Something is wrong if they can't find her even after searching this much. Friede says, "Has someone kidnapped her......!?" and that makes the members tense.

The September 2023 issue of Elementary First Grade (小学一年生) featured a paper 3D model of the Brave Asagi, the blimp that appears in the Anipoke! The issue went on sale on July 28th, 2023 for 1200 yen. The official AniPoke Twitter account retweeted a post by the magazine to help promote it.

The original airing of this episode on TV Tokyo replaced the Friede section in the ending with Ryogo Matsumaru singing the lines. It was announced by the official Anipoke Twitter account on July 27th, 2023.
