Summary:
Satoshi and Pikachu start the ending off calling on the video phone in a hallway while the screen is split in half and a map of the Pokémon World is on the right half. A monster ball rolls around and creates a dotted green path behind it as it proceeds. The video scrolls down to reveal that Satoshi is talking to his mother.
It fade transitions to Dent sending an email with Pod checking his cell phone at the restaurant to see that he got an email from him. Iris and Kibago are then seen at the front of a ship waving to some Wingull's that have a purse attached to them. In the Dragon Village, the Elder and Iris' friend Shobu read a letter.
Professor Araragi is then seen talking to Bel who looks distraught as always and then she trips and fals as the main rivals from Best Wishes are shown and Don George flexing.
Shootie is shown taking a picture with his camera and then a bunch of pictures that he had taken are shown. Delibird shows up with a tablet to the Rocket Gang and Professor Seger is on the screen showing them plans for a new Bassrao sub.
Zuruggu then trips on the beach and Kibago and Pikachu pick it up. Some of the main Pokémon are then all seen eating apples. Lizardon and Kairyu pick up Dent's Iwapalace and Muggyo and fly up into the sky.
A large chain of the main protagonists and rivals from all the Pocket Monsters anime series is then shown. They all hold hands as their main Pokémon are also seen behind them. Eievui and its main evolutions are then seen siting on monster balls as the video zooms out to show the chain of characters around them. It then continues to zoom out to the land of Isshu and then out into space to show the planet.
Live Action Addition
It was announced on May 22th, 2013 in the news that the members of Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku would dress up in Eiuvei costumes and would be part of the ending as of
Decolora Adventure episode 5 which aired in Japan on May 23rd, 2013.
Minor changes to the ending video were included to incorporated the new live action video. Most of the map animation video remained intact though. The first scene to be removed was the main rival scene that started with Cabernet at the Pokémon Center and ending just at the Rocket Gang getting the tablet. It was replaced with live action footage of the girls. Half way through the main character scroll where they are holding hands, the video is replaced with the Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku girls holding hands. The final ending shot in space then has an animated version of the girls.
Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku's Visit - Pokémon Smash 137
During
Pokémon Smash 137, Shoko-tan announces that they have some amazing guests related to the upcoming movie short
Pikachu and its Eievui Friends on the set today, and calls them in. It is the pop group
Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku, the singers of the ending theme to Pikachu and its Eievui Friends,
Let's Hold Hands, dressed up in clothes based on the Eievui Friends for the occasion, each member portraying one of the 9 Friends. The narrator mentions that the song is used as the ending theme for Pocket Monsters Best Wishes Season 2 Decolora Adventure as well, and we're shown a clip from the new footage used in the ending as per
episode 5, featuring the girls in both live and animated form.

After the commercial break, Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku put on their performance, singing and dancing to Let's Hold Hands, with the hosts dancing along on the sidelines.
