Kenton participated in the Pokémon World Tournament Junior Cup at the Kagome Town stadium. In the first round he was in the second match and faced off against Manning. The match was quickly showcased and Manning won the battle and advanced to the second round while Kenton was eliminated from the tournament.

Isshu League Higaki Tournament

Kenton also participated in the Isshu League Higaki Tournament. In the third round he was matched up against Cameron where was defeated and Kenton was eliminated from the tournament.
