Adamant has added the missing unreleased tracks that have now been released on CD to the first 4 episodes.

Indigo 1: http://www.pocketmonsters.net/episodes/1#Music
Indigo 2: http://www.pocketmonsters.net/episodes/2#Music
Indigo 3: http://www.pocketmonsters.net/episodes/3#Music
Indigo 4: http://www.pocketmonsters.net/episodes/4#Music

We are still looking for people willing to help out report tracks. Feel free to post track listings of episodes here on the forums so that you'll get credit for the work and then a staff member will add it to the site database.

22:19 - Mezase Pokemon Master instrumental: Episode 36 preview

1st question: does the number of occurrences of a background music in a CD includes the number of occurrences of the same music released in another CD? For example, if there are at least 2 CDs with a certain music, but the episode background music guide only points to 1 of them...

2nd question: is it possible to include instances of when a music is played at least twice in a single episode? Or it's not needed, and only the first time where it plays in an episode counts?

3rd question: if a music plays from a in-cartoon source, like from a radio, TV, does it still count as background music? For example, Nyarth's Song at 11:44 in the episode, when Rocket Gang was trying to interrogate the old man.

Not to mention that I'll start watching the episodes from 5 onwards to report possible music that was unreleased at the time the music guide was made.

We use the recent "complete BGM" sets (which aren't FULLY complete) for consistency. Everything that's been released on non-movie sound tracks are included on these anyway.

We note all instances of a track, yes.

Yes, as long as it plays, it counts as BGM.

The guides for episode 5 and on were made after the "complete sets" were released, they just weren't listed in the thread when they were made, so they list everything released to date.

Ah, good to hear it being confirmed. Just wasn't sure how exactly it was handled.

In the episode 11 (example), the "Prayer" music plays twice, at 05:53 and 11:17. However, in the CD to where the music guide links, only the instance at 05:53 of the episode is listed.

The occurence of a music in the Episode 11 - Stray Pokémon Hitokage is missing:

10:14 - http://www.pocketmonsters.net/cd/214#Track-3869, Unnamed:Satoshi, Kasumi and Takeshi bring Hitokage into the Pokémon Center.

The music's beginning is practically inaudible due to the background sounds and the group's talk, but it can be heard clearly until Hitokage is brought back into the Pokémon Center.

I've also noted that there are 2 mistakes (up to episode 11):
1st - in the music that plays at 03:33 in episode 8: it's actually http://www.pocketmonsters.net/cd/214#Track-3870 (Sneaking from the Shadows), not http://www.pocketmonsters.net/cd/214#Track-3877 (Desperate Situation).
2nd - in the music that plays at 01:28 in episode 11: it's actually http://www.pocketmonsters.net/cd/203#Track-3550, not http://www.pocketmonsters.net/cd/203#Track-3549 (both have the same name: "The Road to Tokiwa - From Masara"), aka the slower version instead of the fast one.

Thanks for submitting the track list. I've added it to the database. Sorry for the delay in reply, I was in Dubai this week for work. Adamant has answered most your questions anyhow.

As Adamant stated, we started adding music tracks for earlier episodes before the two new BGM cd sets were released. I have since converted tracks over to the new sets that had the same tracks. We feel its best to use those two cds as the basis as most people will probably have bought those sets instead of the older cds. We went over 1-4 already and still need to review 5+ as you've said, so any information to help us is greatly appreciated.

It also is probably easier for you to list the CD (203/214) and the Track Number (1,2,3+) instead of the DB ID. Either way is fine though.

Yes, could you please correct the mistakes in episodes 8 and 11 that I pointed out and add the music that's missing in the episode 11?

It's a bit easier for me to list the CD tracks, but I try to make life easier for the admins by using the database IDs :P

Fixed the 3:33 error for the wrong track. Added the missing track to PM011. The other track was added before we knew there was a second B track when the CD was released and subsequently ported over to that cd when it was released. Adjusted it. Thanks for reporting.

URL linking was also fixed on the forum as well.
