The McDonald's "Pokémon" Happy sets are on sale for a limited time starting Friday July 15th.

There's a total of 6 toys, like the "Pikachu Kendama", the "Satoshi Gekkouga Water Shuriken Maze Top" and the "Volcanion Water Gun", with which you can play with your friends and family in all kinds of ways!

Not only the popular Pikachu and friends, but also Volcanion appear here! Get them at McDonald's restaurants!

McDonalds and the official Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire website have announced that Hoopa will be available for players of Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire in the United States and Canada from November 27th, 2015 until December 23rd, 2015 at McDonald's via the Nintendo Zone. Hoopa is currently being distributed around the world.


Also being released around the same time as Hoopa at McDonald's is a new line of Pokémon Happy Meal toys and TCG cards. The toys being distributed are: Mega Latios, Pikachu, Lugia, Primal Groudon, Wobbuffet, Hoopa, Primal Kyogre and Rayquaza. There will also be 12 TCG cards distribution.

Get the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa at participating McDonald's! Hoopa comes with an awesome selection of moves, including the powerful Hyperspace Hole move, a Psychic-type attack that only Hoopa can learn! This is the first opportunity to get the newly discovered Mythical Pokémon, so don't miss out!

The Pokémon Company International and McDonald’s USA announced today that one of the world’s most popular entertainment franchises has partnered with the world’s leading food service provider to kick off the latest Happy Meal promotion. The Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Happy Meal will be available at participating McDonald’s locations in the US and Canada from Friday, November 27 to Wednesday, December 23.

The Happy Meal will include one of eight Pokémon figures from the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire video games: Pikachu, Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, Lugia, Rayquaza, Mega Latios, Wobbuffet, and the newly discovered Mythical Pokémon Hoopa. Pokémon will appear in McDonald's Happy Sets all across Japan this summer as well!

This time the Happy Sets also contain Pokémon that play major roles in the movie, with toys like the "Pikachu Spinning Ring Toss", the "Hoopa Racket w/ Counter", "Mega Rayquaza Bowling", etc.

McDonalds Japan has announced that their Happy Sets for July 2015 will include Pokémon toys based off the 18th Pocket Monsters movie starting July 24th, 2015. There are 8 different toys to collect and they will be available for approximately 3 weeks while supplies last.

In a press release from the McDonald's Corporation's head office in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo from President and CEO Sarah El Casanova on December 25th, 2014, it was officially announced that a Pokémon themed Happy Set would begin being sold nationwide in Japan for a limited time starting January 2nd, 2015 at participating locations.

8 separate toys will be distributed during two different time periods in January. Starting January 2nd, 2015, Pikachu's Volt Attack (ピカチュウ ボルトアタック), Fokko's Fire Ring (フォッコ ファイヤーリング), Harimaron's Log Ride (ハリマロン ログライド) and Mega Lucario's Double Wave Spinner (メガルカリオ ダブルはどうスピナー) will be available. Starting January 9th, 2015, Keromatsu's Bubble Disk Shooter (ケロマツ あわディスクシュート), Mega Lizardon X's Fireball (メガリザードン X ファイヤーボール), Dedenne's Flower Ride (デデンネ フラワーライド) and Dancing Yancham (ダンシングヤンチャム) will be available.


Videos and a commercial featuring Abareru-kun from Pokémon Get TV will begin being shown on the McDonald's website and on TV starting January 2nd, 2015.

Pokémon Tretta and Pokémon Scrap Special Gifts

As an added bonus, on January 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2015, those that purchase a Happy Set will also receive a 1 of 3 special Pokémon Tretta's: Pikachu, Xerneas and Yveltal. On January 10th, 11th and 12th, a Pokémon Scrap serial code card will be distributed with each Happy Set purchased.

McDonalds Australia has announced that they will be packaging Pokémon XY toys with their Happy Meals. The Pokémon Battle Launchers that were released in the United States earlier in the year will be released in Australia now although only 8 toys will be distributed but all 12 TCG cards will be available to collect. The Pokémon XY Happy Meals are available now at participating McDonalds locations while supplies last.

From November 1st, 2013 until supplies last, McDonalds Japan will be distributing their yearly Pokémon calendar. The Pokémon Calendar 2014 (ポケモンカレンダー2014) costs 350 yen each and can be purchased at participating McDonalds Restaurants throughout Japan. Inside the calendar are pictures of some of the new Pokémon from X and Y. In addition are 150 stickers and an alphabet page with a letter related Pokémon picture. Also included is a discount card that can be used until April 30th, 2014 for various McDonalds good such at their McFlurry or pancakes.

Starting on December 13th, 2013, participating McDonalds Restaurants throughout Japan will also be distributing 6 different toys in their Happy Sets as a present. The first three toys will be distributed starting on December 13th while the second set of three will begin to be distributed starting on December 20th, 2013.

McDonalds Japan has announced that they will be distributing Pokémon figure toys in their Happy Set meals nationwide for about four weeks starting on December 14, 2012, while supplies last. There are 15 different toys to collect including: Talking Type: Pikachu, Meloetta, Light Up Type: Pokabu, Victini, Emonga, Lucario, Running Type: Keldeo, White Kyurem, Black Kyurem, Kyurem, Mijumaru, Moving Type: Pochama, Tsutarja, Eievui and Sazandora.
