Pokémon Anime on Netflix
The Pokémon Company and Netflix announced today that Pokémon: Indigo League and Pokémon: Black & White seasons will be available to watch on Netflix starting on March 1st, 2014. Pokémon The Movie White Victini and Zekrom and Pokémon The Movie Black Victini and Reshiram will also be available. Viewers require a Netflix subscription in order to view them. Netflix is the second streaming service to offer the Pokémon anime as it's currently available on Hulu.
Netflix members can watch TV episodes from the Pokémon: Black & White season, where Ash and Pikachu traveled to the Unova region to discover new rivals, new challenges, and all-new Pokémon. The very first season of Pokémon animation, Pokémon: Indigo League, will also be available to stream instantly. The classic season introduces viewers to the world of Pokémon through Ash and Pikachu as Ash strives to become a Pokémon Master.
Pokémon fans can also catch Ash, Pikachu, and their friends in the dual movies Pokémon the Movie: Black—Victini and Reshiram and Pokémon the Movie: White—Victini and Zekrom. Two separate movie-related contests are currently underway at the official movie website:
An application form has been posted on the official site. Entries must be submitted before February 28th, 2014 12am Japan time, and require a Japanese shipping address. A list of winners will be posted in mid-March.
Participants will have to cut out this illustration, color it and add details around the basic illustration, and send it in. These illustrations with their submission forms can also be downloaded from the official movie site, so no purchase of the physical magazines is required.

The Triple Illustration Contest
Like previous years, a drawing contest is held through various Japanese children's magazines. Three separate basic illustrations, with submission forms attached, will be provided through a total of 10 different magazine issues. One illustration features Yveltal, the other features Pikachu and Cleffi, and the third features Diancie and Serena.Participants will have to cut out this illustration, color it and add details around the basic illustration, and send it in. These illustrations with their submission forms can also be downloaded from the official movie site, so no purchase of the physical magazines is required.

A new mythical Pokémon has just been discovered in the Nintendo 3DS games "Pocket Monsters X" and "Pocket Monsters Y"; Diancie. This is a Pokémon that can not be obtained during normal play! It's an extremely rare Pokémon which shining pink body is said to be the most beautiful in the world, and which has captivated rich people all over. Pictures from the next issue of Corocoro Comic have surfaced on the internet, including two pages on the new Pokémon Diancie, and the Movies to be released in 2014, as well as two pages on an upcoming Pokémon distribution event. Information about Diancie was leaked in November of 2013. The articles reads as follows:

Pokemon.com Redesign Launches
The official Pokémon website has launched a new design. The site now features 6 main areas which include: Explore Pokémon, Watch Pokémon TV, Play Games, Trading Card Game, Video Games and Attend Events.
The new Pokémon Trainer Club features an an all-new Trainer Builder. Members can get new clothing and accessories for their Trainer avatar to give it great look. New features are going to be added in the future.

Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Anime on Hulu
The Pokémon Company International and Hulu have announced that the Pokémon Anime is now available to watch on the streaming service. Hulu is available to residents of United States and they can now watch the first 5 episodes of Diamond and Pearl for free. The first 2 episodes of Pokémon the Series: XY will be available to watch for free soon.
For subscribers of the United States version of Hulu Plus, the entire Diamond and Pearl is available with Pokémon: DP Battle Dimension, Pokémon: DP Galactic Battles and Pokémon: DP Sinnoh League Victors becoming available soon. Pokémon Origins, the 10th movie Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai as well as the 11th, 12th and 13th movies will also be available soon. Hulu Plus costs $7.99 USD a month.
The Latin American Spanish version of the show will also be available on Hulu in the future.

The official Daisuke website announced that his 8th single release Do Re Mi (ドレミ) will be released on CD in Japan on February 26th, 2014 for 1200yen. The CD includes Summery Slope Acoustic ver (夏めく坂道 アコースティックver).
Also announced was the iTunes release of The X Strait and the Y Scenery (X海峡 Y景色). 4 tracks were released including the full version and the 3 variants used as the first ending of the Pocket Monsters XY anime. The tracks can be purchased on iTunes for 250yen each. There is no word if the tracks will be released on CD or not.

The February Issue of Corocoro Provides Info on the Upcoming Movies and their Pre-Order Ticket Event

Pokémon the Series: XY Trailer / Mewtwo — Prologue to Awakening / Movie 1 Dub Digitally Remastered
Cartoon Network and the Pokémon Company have revealed that the next season of the English dub will begin on Saturday, January 18th, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. A trailer for the Pokémon the Series: XY was posted on YouTube and it features a new rendition of the original dub opening theme.
It was also revealed that Mewtwo — Prologue to Awakening will air on Cartoon Network on January 11th, 2014, almost three months after the 16th movie premiered on the station. Both the Region 1 DVD and the Australian/New Zealand DVD do not include this vital prologue OVA. It originally aired a few days before the Japanese theatrical premiere in July of 2013. The Japanese Mewtwo pack DVD, the Movie 16 DVD, and the Movie 16 Bluray do include this prologue OVA though.
The Digitally Remastered English dubbed version of the first Pokémon Movie will air on Saturday, January 4th, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. The digitally remastered Bluray set was released in Japan in November of 2012.
The action begins when Ash immediately tries to challenge the Gym in Lumiose City, but doesn’t get very far before he is thrown out! In between Gym battles, Ash and friends will be exploring this unique region, meeting all kinds of new Pokémon, and looking into a fascinating new Pokémon mystery!
