Biography
Goh's Misdreavus was captured at the Bell Tower in Ecruteak City. It attacked Ash Ketchum and his friends as they were climbing the tower and caused them to see illusions. Jiei's Hoothoot cleared the illusion with Foresight and he caught Misdreavus and Stantler at the same time.
