May is a Pokémon Coordinator from Petalburg City. Starting off her journey, May did not like Pokémon very much. She originally wanted to be a Pokémon Trainer so she could travel and see the world. On the day she got her starter Pokémon, Torchic, May met Ash and like Misty was impressed by Ash's personality. She traveled with Ash, her brother Max and Brock until she decided to part ways an compete in the Johto region.

Having decided to focus on being a Pokémon Coordinator instead of a Pokémon Trainer, May experience great success during the many Contests she entered. She has competed in the Kanto and Houen Grand Festivals as well as the Wallace Cup where she reached the finals only to loose to Dawn.

May is also popular with the fanboys for her well endowed feminine body features. She isn't shy about showing off her body as well by posing in her various swimming attire.
