The Japanese Dream World expansion "Old Mansion" (古びた洋館) was announced in the Weekly Famitsu No. 1189 (週刊ファミ通 1189号) last week and the official Pokémon website has now announced that the Spooky Manor expansion will also be available in other regions of the world starting on September 27th, 2011. Below is the press release.

Explore the Spooky Manor and discover many Pokémon at the Pokémon Global Link!

Starting September 27th, you can visit the Spooky Manor, an eerie old mansion filled with Pokémon! Fennel will show you the way to this new area of the Island of Dreams, where Ghost-type and Psychic-type Pokémon roam the halls. There’s also a fun new minigame you can play that will let you befriend Pokémon you haven’t met before in the Pokémon Dream World. Plus, you’ll find Berries that haven’t previously appeared on the Island of Dreams. After befriending Pokémon and collecting Berries, you can send them to your Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version game when you use Game Sync!

You can also use these Berries to swap for brand-new Décor items to decorate your home. There’s even a new house design that matches the look of the Spooky Manor!

All you need to check out the Spooky Manor is a copy of Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version and a Pokémon Trainer Club account. Be sure to visit the new area when it opens its doors in the Pokémon Dream World on September 27th!

Players can download the C-Gear skin off of Pokémon Global Link between September 8th, 2011 and January 19th, 2012 by entering the the following password: EUPGL092011. If you’re a Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version player and fancy giving your C-Gear a whole new appeal, listen up: over late 2011 and early 2012, three special C-Gear skins will be available via the Pokémon Global Link website, absolutely free. Each one of the skins will be available for a limited time only, so make sure you grab them while you can!

Each C-Gear skin has its own unique password; once you have that all you need to do is log in to the Pokémon Global Link website and use the password in the promotions page. This will unlock the skin for you to apply in-game whenever you fancy.

Watch this space for the details of the remaining two limited Edition C-Gear skins, coming in October and November!

Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version are in shops now for the Nintendo DS family of consoles.

You need to have registered the Game Sync ID of a copy of Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version at the Pokémon Global Link website in order to participate in this promotion. To use the special edition C-Gear skins, you’ll first need to receive the C-Gear in your game.

C-Gear skins for Deerling and Zoroark have been announced by the official Pokémon websites. The Zoroark C-Gear skin will be available for players with accounts registered to North American countries from September 7st, 2011 until January 11th, 2012 and the password will be revealed on the official site. The Spring Deerling C-Gear skin will be available for all western players from September 1st, 2011 until October 3th, 2011. Our C-Gear page has been updated with the lastest info. It will be updated as soon as new information becomes available.

The announcer introduced the items for this episode and then said: "Hey boys and girls! It's time for Pokémon Entertainment Show! Pokémon Smash! Let's get started!". Professor Red and Golgo show up and wonder where Shoko-tan was. The Adventure Group/Team Zekrom had a couple of promotional items that they wanted to give to Red and Golgo but they didn't want to accept them at first because they didn't want to seem bias. When they finally realized it was chocolate, they were more than happy to get it. Shoko-tan shows up and sees Red and Golgo with the chocolate Team Zekrom promotional item and accuses them of supporting Team Zekrom. Shoko-tan quickly gets mad at them.

Akiyama introduced this weeks rerun episode as part of the Pokémon Library and he also announces this weeks theme, Destiny can be a Sudden Encounter!(運命の出会いは突然やって来る!). This weeks Pokémon Library rerun episode was Gureggru of the Mysterious Gym! (なぞのジムのグレッグル!) from the Diamond and Pearl series. A full summary of that episode is available in the episode guide. Professor Red said his go-to line 'OK! Pokémon Library!' to start the repeat episode.

The International Division girls showed up they went off with the Adventure Group to do a Bingo Showdown to get 1000 points for the winning team. They visited the Tokyo Pokémon Center and each of them were dressed up as a different Pokémon. Yamamoto was Kibago, Akiyama was Victini, Baba was Pokabu, Misaki was Kumasyun, Hana was Gothiruselle and Maria was Victini. The object of the game was to get 4 Pokémon types lined up on the score card before the other team. The 6 cast members visited with kids in the Pokémon Center and asked them if they would trade, which Pokémon game they had and which of the two Movie 14 movies they liked.

The first girl they encountered at the Tokyo Pokémon Center was 10 year old Karin Matoba (的場華鈴). She traded Shibishirasu (シビシラス), an electric type to the Adventure Group. Next they visited with 8 year old Yuuki Shino(篠侑希) and he had Pokémon Black and selected the Reshiram movie. He traded Zoroark (ゾロアーク), a Dark type to the International division. A girl then traded Chandera (シャンデラ), dual type Ghost/Fire to the International division. 7 year old Kurumi Yamazaki (山崎 久琉美) then traded Maracacchi (マラカッチ), a grass type to the International division to give them a demanding lead.

Pokémon Center employee Fujimoto (藤本) then traded Muggyo (マッギョ), a dual type Ground/Electric to Robert but they only got the Ground type from it as they already had the Electric type space filled from the Shibishirasu (シビシラス) trade. Then Pokémon Center employee Seki(関) traded Ligray (リグレー), a Psychic type to the International division to almost give them a bingo.

The cast then went to Shueisha Shogakukan Production (小学館集英社プロダクション) where they first met with Shinji Yamamoto (山本槇仁) who works on the PokéFan Magazine. He traded Kyurem (キュレム), a dual type Dragon/Ice type with Robert. Assistant Producer to many of the Pokémon Anime episodes Satoshi Shimodaira (下平聡士) traded Kumasyun (クマシュン), an Ice type to the International division.

Shogakukan employee Yuu Izuoka(出岡由宇) was then visted by the cast. Baba spotted a DVD on his desk which was one of Misaki Momose's gravure idol DVD's. It was her latest DVD which was released in December which she seemed a bit embarrassed with when Robert confronted her with it. He ended up trading Ononokus (オノノクス), a Dragon type to the International division girls. Shogakukan employee Yui Kudou then traded Dustdasu (ダストダス), a Poison type to Robert.

The cast then went to Nakano Kawashima (中野区川島商店街) where is was raining and a bunch of kids were there to trade. A lot of trades took place but Team Reshiram ended up winning the Bingo challenge although it was a close race as Team Zekrom had multiple ways of winning as well. Team Reshiram received the 1000 points and the first Team that gets to 100000 points now will also get a special present similar to the letterhead that was given out to Team Reshiram for being the first to get to 75000 points.

After the bingo segment, the Handsome Yamamoto Sneaks into the Airport scene that was originally going to air in Pokémon Smash 23 aired. The episode didn't air due to the Sendai earthquake and tsunami. They announced the ANA Peace Jet that features many Pokémon painted on the plane.

Can You Say the Pokémon? BW (ポケモン言えるかな? BW)

As a reminder for the CD of Can You Say the Pokémon? BW (ポケモン言えるかな? BW) which was released on June 22nd, 2011, they filmed various kids singing the song for the ending. Also a special page was opened on the official site with a video of each of the endings where the kids sing the song. A pictorial lyrics sheet was also posted.

The official Korean Pokémon website has announced two new Pokémon event downloads. To celebrate Jiu (지우) getting a Zurrokex (곤율랭) in Pocket Monsters Best Wishes 17, Jiu's Zurrokex will be distributed from June 28th, 2011 until July 17th, 2011 via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. It is the same one that was distributed earlier in the year in Japan.

Also announced was the Pokémon Global Link distribution for Mammokkuri (맘모꾸리). It will be distributed from July 1st, 2011 until August 24th, 2011. The password will be posted on the fun.jr.naver.com website. This is also the same as the Manmoo that was distributed in Japan earlier in the year.

ThumbnailToys R Us Germany has announced they will be distributing Laukaps and Schnuthelm at participating locations. They will be available from June 24th, 2011 to August 27th, 2011 for players of Pokémon Black and White. Last week the same Pokémon were distributed in Greece.

A poster posted in the Pokémon Center's in Japan has announced that a new Pokémon Musical will be available in July. Pokémon Center de Style♪ (ポケモンセンターDEおしゃれ♪) will be available from July 8th, 2011 @ 13:00 until December 27th, 2011 @ 13:00 on the Japanese Pokémon Global Link. Various items and plush PokéDolls will also be available for purchase at the physical Pokémon Center locations in Japan.

The Japanese Pokémon Global Link website also updated to announce further details for the Pokémon Movie (ポケモンえいが) Dream Isle expansion. From July 13th, 2011 until October 4th, 2011, players can unlock a Reshiram or Zekrom C-Gear skin by placing one of them to sleep in their Dream World. A Pokémon Movie house will also be available as well as a Victini PokéDoll furniture accessory.

The announcer introduced the items for this episode and then said: "Hey boys and girls! It's time for Pokémon Entertainment Show! Pokémon Smash! So let's get started!". Golgo just started off the show with a a very long 'PokéMor~~~ning!' as the cast emulated his greeting. Maria and Hana showed a pictures they drew of Professor Red. Professor Red then showed a picture that was supposedly drawn by his 4 year old daughter but no one believed him with all the CG work. A note on the screen said that Professor Red actually drew it.

This weeks Pokémon Library rerun episode was My Rival is an Office Worker!? (ライバルはサラリーマン!?) from the Advanced Generation series. A full summary of that episode is available in the episode guide. Pokémon Library!' to start the repeat episode but Yamamoto who had been walking around from camera to camera throughout the segment got in front of the camera shot.

After the Pokémon Library episode, Keywords from the 14th movies were talked about. Misaki held up a card that said 'Sword of the Earth (大地の剣)'. A short clip from the 14th movies was shown. Shoko-tan then held up a card that said 'Ideals and Truth (理想と真実)'. Robert then held up a card that said 'Small (小さいもの)'. Robert then made fun of Golgo for loosing his Okutan which Golgo got pretty upset about. Robert then thought it was best to quickly leave and the VTR with Robert exploring the meaning of the keyword 'Small (小さいもの)' was shown.

Akiyama appeared with a chibi-like stuffed version of himself strapped to his chin. They ask him why he has a 'Little Akiyama' attached to him and he explained that it falls in line with their research on the keyword 'Small (小さいもの)'. They arrived at TOPCON, which is a company that does research in optical Engineering, nano-opto, imaging application, and optical systems development. Akiyama holds up a card with a picture and asks what it is. The narrator explains that it is a picture of the end of a pencil using an electron microscope with a magnification of 100.

Robert entered the plant and ment with Topcon employee Hiroyuki Oshikawa (押川浩之). He showed off an electron microscope that could take pictures 10000x. Akiyama had two containers that he wanted to look at under the microscope, one was salt (しお) the other was sugar (さとう).

For the third item, they then decided to look at a strawberry. They then decided to look at one of Yamamoto's hair's. They then looked at a 10yen coin. Returning to the main set, Victini showed up as well as the group Every Little Thing which includes Kaori Mochida (持田香織) and Ichiro Ito (伊藤一朗). They will be doing this years theme songs: Sora (宙 -そら-) which will be the ending theme for Victini and the Dark Hero - Zekrom (ビクティニと黒き英雄ゼクロム) and Koe (響 -こえ-) which will be the ending theme for Victini and the Light Hero - Reshiram (ビクティニと白き英雄レシラム). Hana and the cast finally made the connection that the keyword 'Small (小さいもの)' that Robert was investigating was 'Every Little Thing'. Just as Every Little Thing left, Robert showed up.

A Battle with the Pokémon Received at the Movie (映画で貰えるポケモンでバトル)

To promote the upcoming event Pokémon that are being distributed for the 14th movies, the Pokémon Smash crew decided to have a battle featuring these Pokémon. The announcer explained the following Pokémon: Pre-order Movie 14 Ticket - V-Generate Victini, the Level 100 Zekrom and Reshiram. Shoko-tan then talked about Janta's Golugh (ジャンタのゴルーグ) and Carlita's Sazandora (カリータのサザンドラ) which were also showcased in the battle. The Dream Battle featured a 4 on 4 battle with Team Zekrom (Robert) VS Team Reshiram (International Division girls) with the Pokémon level capped at 50. Team Zekrom ended up winning at got 300 points added to their running score.

Pokédex 3D (ポケモン立体図鑑BW)

On June 17th, 2011, Nintendo launched the first major system update for Nintendo 3DS in Japan. As part of the update, the Nintendo eShop was launched which allowed users to download the free Pokédex 3D (ポケモン立体図鑑BW) application and start collecting data for more than 150 Pokémon from the Pokémon™ Black Version and Pokémon White Version games. Players can scan AR codes to help them unlock more Pokémon for the dex. Shoko-tan showed off the app and the 3 AR codes for the 5th generation starters were displayed: Tsutarja (ツタージャ), Pokabu (ポカブ) and Mijumaru (ミジュマル).

Super Pokémon Scramble (スーパーポケモンスクランブル)

Shoko-tan also announced the new Nintendo 3DS game Super Pokémon Scramble (スーパーポケモンスクランブル) which will be released in Japan on July 28th, 2011 for 4800yen.

picThe Japanese Pokémon Global Link website has announced a new Pokémon Dream World house based off of the 14th movies Victini and the Light Hero - Reshiram / Victini and the Dark Hero - Zekrom (ビクティニと白き英雄レシラム / ビクティニと黒き英雄ゼクロム) location. The house will be available starting July 16th, 2011. Further details about the new Dream World addition have yet to be revealed.
