Japanese Summary:

ピカチュウ大量発生中!サトシのピカチュウが遂にライチュウに進化!?新たな調査でゴウはピカチュウゲットに挑む!そこで出会ったのは世話好きのメスのピカチュウ!

サトシとピカチュウを眺めながら、ふと自分もピカチュウをゲットしたいと思い立つゴウ。サクラギ所長から、ピカチュウが大量発生しているという情報を聞きつけ、調査のために早速向かうことに。するとたくさんのピカチュウが岩場から「かみなりのいし」を掘り起こし、その力でライチュウに進化していた。世話好きのメスのピカチュウが見つけた「かみなりのいし」で、サトシのピカチュウもついにライチュウに進化!?

Japanese Summary Translation:

There's a Pikachu Outbreak-chu!! Satoshi's Pikachu finally evolves into a Raichu?! During a new investigation, Go attempts to get a Pikachu and ends up meeting a very obliging female one!

As Go watches Satoshi and Pikachu, he suddenly realizes he wants to get a Pikachu of his own! The laboratory head, Sakuragi, tells him about an outbreak of Pikachu, so he decides to immediately head there to investigate. A lot of Pikachu have been digging "Thunderstones" out of the rock face and used their power to evolve into Raichu... and then Satoshi's Pikachu finally evolves into a Raichu as well thanks to a "Thunderstone" discovered by a very obliging female Pikachu?!

There's a Pikachu Outbreak-chu!! Satoshi's Pikachu finally evolves into a Raichu?! During a new investigation, Go attempts to get a Pikachu and ends up meeting a very obliging female one!

Summary:
As Go watches Satoshi and Pikachu, he suddenly realizes he wants to get a Pikachu of his own! The laboratory head, Sakuragi, tells him about an outbreak of Pikachu, so he decides to immediately head there to investigate. A lot of Pikachu have been digging "Thunderstones" out of the rock face and used their power to evolve into Raichu... and then Satoshi's Pikachu finally evolves into a Raichu as well thanks to a "Thunderstone" discovered by a very obliging female Pikachu?!
