On November 5th, 2021, the official Japanese Twitter account revealed a new poster to promote the Winter Special Episodes featuring Hikari.

The Winter Special Episodes will be aired on Friday, December 3rd, 2021 and Friday, December 10th, 2021.
The key to the story will be the legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia from the Sinnoh Region. In addition, Hikari and Pochama, and Shirona and Gablias will also appear.
Please look forward to the broadcast!

When it comes to the character from another world, they look nearly identical to the ones we know and love but their personalities are all different and so conveying that through things like the way they move was a real challenge. Be sure to keep an eye out for the "crisp and cool" Rocket Gang who's different from the "heartwarming dopes" we've seen before.

In episode 89, we have some match-ups that we don't see too often with Satoshi and Koharu as well as Go and Hikari that result in a lot of unique conversations. This is something we don't see everyday so I hope you'll pay attention to them as you watch the episode.

It's almost time for Anipoke! Two episodes in a row! Anipoke Winter Special is like a theaterical version! A great adventure that transcends time and space!


The anime "Pocket Monsters" will start airing soon! It airs every Friday at 6:55 p.m. and it is very popular! In this article, we'll introduce you to the Pokémon and characters that will appear in today's episode, as well as comments from the voice actors and director, and other Anipoke information you won't find anywhere else! Hikari's partner, Pochama, has been kidnapped!　The winter special starts with a shocking incident!　Satoshi and his friends listen to a phone call from Hikari about the situation. At the Sakura Research Institute, they receive a report that there have been a series of incidents of Pokémon disappearing in the Sinnoh region, just like Hikari's. Satoshi, Go, and Koharu immediately head to the Sinnoh region to investigate!

▲ And the person who took Pochama was said to look just like Hikari herself...!!?

Satoshi and his friends cheer up the depressed Hikari. Then, the Rocket Gang appear!　As promised, Satoshi and the others fight off the Rocket Gang as usual with a "bad feeling"... but the Rocket Gang soon appear again from a hole of light!

▲ What's more, this Rocket Gang...they're stronger than usual!!

The Rocket Gang takes Satoshi's Lucario and Go's Inteleon in a coordinated move that is different from their usual goofy strategy.

Go and Hikari follow them and jump into the hole of light!　They find themselves in a world where there are no Pokémon!


▲ A world that looks the same as the normal world, but something is different. What is this place?


Satoshi and Koharu follow Go and Hikari through a hole of light!?

Is the other Hikari, the one who took Pochama, also here?　Does that mean that this world is another world with another Hikari?

It's a world where time and space seem to have gone awry... Hmm?　The Sinnoh region... Time and space...?　What if...?

そしてそれを追ったゴウとヒカリは光の穴へ飛び込んでしまう!!　穴を抜けたそこは…ポケモンがいない世界だった!!?
